Kitchens average 6-10 weeks on site, bathrooms 3-5 weeks, basements 8-14 weeks, and full-home renovations or additions 4-9 months. We publish a week-by-week schedule before construction starts and update it every Friday for the duration of your Aurora project.

Yes. Qortex Design Build carries $5M commercial liability insurance, full WSIB coverage, and works with licensed electricians, plumbers and HVAC contractors on every Aurora project. Permits and engineering are coordinated by your project lead for additions and structural work.
